If you are concerned about your mental health or someone you care for, you can contact the Access Team at our Crisis Care Centre directly, any time of the day or night, every day of the year and for any age on 0800 0 328 728 (Option 1).
If you have an impairment and are unable to use the telephone, you can text the Access Team on 07739 775202 and the team will respond as soon as possible (please note: this text service is charged at your network provider’s rate).
Supporting self-management of wellbeing through our All-Age Wellbeing Portal
The All Age Wellbeing Portal empowers and enables the self-management of mental wellbeing for its users, while providing relevant information, guidance and support from the trust and other partner organisations. It can be accessed by anyone, and they do not need to be service users of the trust.

Members of the public and staff are very welcome to attend every public board.
Our Trust Board meetings are held online via Microsoft Teams – a link to enable anyone to join and participate will appear on this page before each meeting, together with the full set of board papers by the end of the week before the board meeting takes place.
And we have also made it easy for anyone to ask a question in advance of our public Trust Board meeting and have it answered live.
