Combined Healthcare’s Quality Improvement (QI) Team are today the latest subject in the Combinations Podcast.
The podcast is released on the same day that the local Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System launches a system-wide QI Network, to allow practitioners and Trust teams to share ideas, insights and achievements.
In the Podcast, the Trust’s QI Lead, Jayne Beasley explains the fundamentals of the QI approach, the tools and techniques available to Trust staff and teams via the Trust’s Learning Management System, and sets out the QI Team’s vision for driving quality improvement across everything Combined does.
