How to submit your own message or tribute
‘Combined…United’ is open to anyone – whether you work for Combined or not. To submit a message or tribute, you can use the form below. Please make sure that you have permission from anyone in any pictures or videos that you share. We will ask you to confirm that you are happy for the material to appear in this website and across our social media channels. Please also ensure that any photo or video you take complies with the Government’s advice on social distancing.
What will happen when you submit your message or tribute
Your message or tribute will be reviewed by the Communications Team, before being included in the Hall of Fame. We will ensure this happens as quickly as possible, as we know you will wish it to be shared.
You will receive an email acknowledgement with details of your submission.
If you have included an e-mail address for the person, team or organisation you are highlighting, they will also receive an email with details of your submission – so please do include this information if at all possible.
Over the coming days and weeks our Hall of Fame will build to become a lasting tribute and record of the extraordinary things we are doing and all we are going to do.
