The Coronavirus challenge is bigger than anything most of us will have faced in our working lives. But the bigger the challenge, the greater are the heroes and heroines who rise to it.
We are proud at Combined Healthcare of the values of compassion and teamwork that drive what we do and who we are. We want everyone who works for us and with us to have the opportunity to show solidarity, appreciation and gratitude for each other – for the things we do, for the extra mile we go, for the compassion we show.

Community Staff:
I am utterly impressed with how the community staff have 'Just got on with it'.
Their working life has changed more than ever and they are completely under the radar. They are faced with daily challenges regarding clinical risk decisions and grappling with using digital technology, which 3 weeks ago some staff may never even have heard of. I have a huge amount of respect for how well teams have ran with these changes, whilst continuing to support our most vulnerable patients. Working from home and still providing clinical care must be a huge challenge for staff with families at home, yet they are taking steps to do this which will impact on their families also.
Well done all, you deserve a big shout out!
