On Friday 2nd December, North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust was delighted to welcome Wes Streeting MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Health and Social Care
During the course of his visit, Wes engaged with a number of teams and projects:
- a discussion with our staff in the Crisis Care Centre, understanding the access they provide in partnership with colleagues across the system and with local police the West Midlands Ambulance Service.
- a live demonstration of the award-winning Virtual Reality Delirium Training product, developed in-house by Combined;
- a roundtable discussion with key Trust frontline staff involved in our nationally leading CAMHS in Schools scheme and Wellbeing Portal.
