It's official! An analysis of this year's NHS Staff Survey reveals we are one of the best mental health trusts in the NHS - and THE highest scoring Trust in a range of areas of importance to staff.
Commenting on this amazing news, Chief Executive Peter Axon said to our staff:
“The staff survey is your chance to tell the Trust – privately and confidentially – about your experience of working at Combined Healthcare. What works well and not so well. What is good and what could be better. Where we need to be proud and where we need to take action.
“The fact is that – in a whole host of areas and to coin a phrase – Combined Healthcare is ‘simply the best’. And it’s not just in these specific areas that we do well.
“The staff survey has 10 themes. Combined is 1 of only 2 mental health trusts in the NHS nationally – and the only Midlands mental health trust – to be in the top 10 performers across all but one of these themes.
