Our consultants are led by our Medical Director, Dr Buki Adeyemo. Dr Adeyemo is a qualified consultant in Old Age Psychiatry and has worked in the NHS service since 1998.
She leads the Dementia Innovation Programme for Health Education West Midlands and is passionate about streamlined care for older people and the leadership roles clinicians can have in making this happen.
She is the lead for the Mental Health Medical Directors Group for the West Midlands and promotes the principals for medical leadership to acquire the required competence and skill to deliver safe patient care.
