Last week, on Thursday 8th December, the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System won the 2022 HFMA Finance Team of the Year Award and we would like to offer our congratulations to everyone involved!
The event took place at the London Hilton Metropole and was a chance to recognise the work of both individuals and finance teams across the UK. Also shortlisted for the HFMA Finance Team of the Year Award were Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals of Derby and Burton – Adding Value Together but the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System came home with the award due to the excellent efforts from the Finance team at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust and their system partners.
