Hearing the experiences of our staff and our service users, carers and their families – delivered by them in their own words – provides insights and knowledge in a way that goes beyond the mere printed word.
We use stories at our Trust Board, our Committees, internal and engagement events. We also use them extensively across our web, digital and social media channels.
If YOU have an idea for a staff, service user and/or carer story, we’d love to hear it! Please fill in the form below and we will be in touch.
If you have any questions, you can contact our Patient Experience Facilitator, Veronica Emlyn, on veronica.emlyn@combined.nhs.uk
