The Eaves Memory Clinic – Older People’s Community Mental Health Team

About the service

The Eaves Memory Clinic service includes assessment, diagnosis and the initiation of treatment for organic illnesses such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Other illnesses are managed within clinics such as depression and anxiety.

Our staff are skilled in supporting people who have experienced memory issues and also in providing wider support to partners, families or carers.
