Ask The Board Online is part of our ongoing commitment to openness, transparency and innovation.
The public is welcome to attend our public board meetings. Details of when these take place can be found here.
Ask the Board Online allows you to ask a question or make a comment or suggestion ahead of the board meetings. It will be answered live during the meeting as part of the Chair’s Report.
To allow time for a response to be prepared, please provide your question or comment by the Monday prior to the relevant public trust board meeting.
Ask The Board Online is designed to be used for questions relating to trust board business and responsibilities.
If you have a complaint about our service or your treatment, please raise it with a member of staff if you feel comfortable doing so. We take all complaints seriously and your concerns will be listened to.
If they cannot resolve your issue, it will be forwarded to Complaints Team. You can also bring your complaint to the attention of the Chief Executive by ringing the Complaints Team on 01782 275031 or Freephone 0800 389 9676.
