Research

The trust is a research-active organisation, and offering patients an opportunity to take part in high quality research continues to be a top priority.

We are committed to bringing the best patient care to the people of North Staffordshire through new treatments and therapies by active involvement in innovative research and developing and harnessing new ideas. Our portfolio covers a range of specialities within the mental health arena, offering patients the opportunity to take part in a wide choice of research initiatives.

We work closely with the Clinical Research Network to identify research champions from our local population and workforce. To become a champion for research, please click here or contact the R&D team (details below).

Join Dementia Research

Join Dementia Research is a service which enables people to register their interest in participating in dementia research and be matched to suitable studies. You can explore what dementia research is taking place locally and also across the UK here
