Combined Healthcare is proud to introduce a new and improved suite of user-friendly service pages on its website.

Phase one of the new development is now complete, with all trust teams and services visible on the trust website and displayed in a consistent, accessible and clear format.

Almost 70 teams and services across the trust’s portfolio of mental health, learning disabilities, substance misuse and primary care services are listed in the comprehensive new section of the website, improving the functionality and usability of its website.

Each page now provides key, core information such as contact details, location and what the service offers. Users will also find additional updates from the services including testimonials, videos, podcasts and virtual tours of the building.

The layout has been standardised and teams and services can searched for by name or alphabet, making it easier than ever for the user to find what they are looking for.

The pages have been built with accessibility in mind and have been carefully considered to ensure that information is clear, easy to understand and easy to find.

The section is compatible with Recite Me, the accessibility toolbar which is already installed on the site. Recite Me allows web users to adapt the page to their accessibility requirements. This includes a screen reader, customising the site’s fonts and colours, and a host of reading aids.

This complete library of patient-facing services can also be translated into over 130 languages with a click of a button.

The launch assists the trust further improve how it delivers its key requirements to be responsive, accessible and to deliver high-quality services to its users.

The pages will continue to be developed as the trust builds on its offering to users, providing detailed and easy-to-use resources about its services.

You can see the new service section of the website here.
