Combined Healthcare welcomes Keele Practice to the trust

North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is delighted to welcome Keele Practice to the trust. This integration means that the general practice can continue to develop the services it offers, with access to more resources, support and advice from Combined Healthcare.

Keele Practice serves the whole of the Keele University Campus, the village of Keele and areas within Newcastle-under-Lyme. It offers a full general practice service and runs specialist clinics for patients with long term conditions.

Keele Practice joins Holmcroft Surgery, Moorcroft Medical Centre and Moss Green Surgery which are now the 4 GP practices that make up the trust’s primary care provision.

The trust has a proven track record of efficient primary care integration and looks forward to actively supporting the practice to continue to offer the best care for its patients.

Colleagues pose for a photo at the Oliver McGowan training recruitment day
On Thursday 4 June 2026 Combined Healthcare hosted an Oliver McGowan Training Recruitment Day. The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism is named after Oliver McGowan, whose death shone a light on the need for health and social care staff to have better training.  All colleagues at Combined Healthcare are required to complete the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. To help facilitate the sessions, the Trust is looking to employ more experts with lived experience of autism or learning disability, to support this essential training as co-facilitators.
