Hilda Johnson House
Hilda Johnson House is an eight-bedded, mixed-sex mental health community unit designed to provide a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for individuals experiencing mental health challenges who do not require hospital admission. The service offers an alternative to inpatient care, enabling people to receive structured support while remaining connected to their community, relationships, and everyday life.
The team is committed to promoting independence, dignity, and personal recovery, adopting a person-centred approach, recognising unique needs, strengths, and goals. Care and support are collaboratively planned with service users, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
The multidisciplinary team consists of professionals from a range of backgrounds, including mental health nursing, psychiatry, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, and support workers. The team works collaboratively to provide holistic care, addressing psychological, social, and practical needs alongside clinical support.

Community Rehabilitation Team
The Community Rehabilitation Team is a compassionate, dedicated service focused on supporting individuals with complex mental health needs to achieve meaningful recovery and greater independence within their communities.
The team are committed to delivering person-centred care that recognises each individual’s strengths, aspirations, and lived experiences. By fostering trusting and respectful relationships, the team create a supportive environment where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to progress along their rehabilitation journey.
The Community Rehabilitation Team provide flexible, responsive, and tailored support that meets the unique needs of each person, working collaboratively with individuals, their families, and carers to promote recovery, build daily living skills, and encourage social inclusion.
The Team maintains strong links with the wider trust and external agencies, ensuring continuity of care and smooth transitions between services whilst providing coordinated, holistic support that reflects the full range of an individual’s needs.
