High Volume Users Team

About the service

The High Volume Users Team works holistically with service users who are regularly attending A&E.

The goal is to help to reduce the amount of individuals that need to attend A&E and attempt to get most, if not all, of their needs met within primary services.

The team consists of nurses, social workers and support time recovery (STR) workers.
