About the service

The Lyme Brook Memory Clinic service includes assessment, diagnosis and the initiation of treatment for organic illnesses such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Other illnesses are managed within clinics such as depression and anxiety.

Our staff are skilled in supporting people who have experienced memory issues and also in providing wider support to partners, families or carers.

County Memory Clinic, Lyme Brook Centre, Bradwell Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent ST5 7TL and with satellite clinics at Leek Hospital, Moorlands Medical Centre, Cheadle Fire Station and Daisy Haye Retirement Village
