North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust invites you to its annual general meeting (AGM), on Thursday 10 September, 2–3pm.
Our Annual Report 2025/26 will be published following the AGM and made available on our website.
It will also feature presentations on:
- Quality review of the year – Kenny Laing, Chief Nursing Officer
- People review of the year – Frieza Mahmood, Chief People Officer
- Finance and performance review of the year – Eric Gardiner, Chief Finance Officer

Everyone will have the opportunity to ask questions as part of a public Q&A session, led by our Chair, Janet Dawson. If you have a question you would like to ask and be answered during the AGM, please submit it via our Ask The Board Online facility or email Lisa Wilkinson: LisaM.Wilkinson@combined.nhs.uk by Tuesday 8 September.

The AGM will be a hybrid event, taking place at Lawton House, Bellringer Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 8HH, and on MS Teams.
