This privacy notice is about how your personal identifiable information will be managed from job application through to starting work. Any data that you provide to us throughout the recruitment process will be used for recruitment purposes only. Your information, including your application and interview records will be held by the organisation for “the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims”, this means that we have information to enable us to demonstrate that the process was fair. In line with the NHS Retention Schedule, this information will be kept for a period of one year.
By applying for positions with North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust, you will have received a separate privacy notice via TRAC as information you provide through NHS Jobs. Whilst North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is the Data Controller, TRAC is the Data Processor.
