Lincoln Gombedza to speak at Digital Health Rewired event

Lincoln Gombedza, Community Learning Disability Nurse, North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust, has been invited as a guest speaker to a leading UK health IT event this month in London.

Lincoln will speak on behalf of his work as a member of the NHS National Digital Shared Decision Making Council at Digital Health Rewired, which takes place at the Business Design Centre, London from 14 – March 2023.

The event provides an opportunity for the UK digital health community to come together and share expertise as well as networking with other colleagues across the country with chances to listen to a variety of CPD-accredited keynote topics across eight stages; National Policy, Integrated Care, Digital Transformation, Digital Nursing Summit, Smart Health, AI, Data and Analytics, Clinical Imaging and Best Practice.

Lincoln will be representing Combined Healthcare at the event on the 14 March, at the ‘Influencing Policy: Shared Decision-Making Councils’ session. He is excited to be representing the Trust, and said:

“The Digital Health Rewired event is a perfect opportunity to share my experiences with the audience and discuss the role of technology in healthcare. I plan to talk about how the NHS has adopted digital technology to enhance the patient experience, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. I will also highlight the importance of shared decision-making in healthcare and how technology can support this process.

“I am delighted to be part of this event, and I am eager to share my knowledge and experience with the audience. As a member of the NHS National Digital Shared Decision Making Council, I believe it is important to represent our organisation at such events and showcase the work that we are doing to improve patient care.”
