Our annual Recognising Excellence and Achievement in Combined Healthcare (REACH) Awards recognise Combined staff and teams, as well as volunteers and service user representatives who have made a truly outstanding contribution and gone above and beyond.
This year’s REACH Awards takes place on Thursday 5 October at the Moat House, Stoke-on-Trent and we need you to help make them the best yet by nominating those you feel have shone the brightest over the past 12 months.
