About the service
The Complex Care service is a joint enterprise between North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust (NSCHT) and Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) to commission locked door rehabilitation with independent providers.
A team of mental health professionals provide care coordination to individuals in locked rehabilitation placements all over the country. Working in collaboration with the local authority to plan and facilitate timely discharge.
