About the service
The muli-disciplinary team supports looked-after children and young people and their carers, adoptive families and children in the care of their extended families or friends (kinship carers) who are experiencing emotional or behavioural problems.
The treatment we offer includes:
- family therapy
- individual therapeutic work, e.g. cognitive behaviour therapy and play-based therapy
- theraplay
- specialist parent and carer work delivered in groups or indiviudally
