We’ve just published our NHS staff survey results. And we’re really proud to say we’re simply Outstanding…(again!)
Our 64% response rate from our staff was the highest it’s ever been!
We scored above average for every single one of the survey promise elements and themes and the highest score in our supplier cohort for 8 out of 10 of them!
That’s no fluke… we’ve been getting better year on year on year. But we aren’t complacent.
We know and appreciate that there are still areas of concern for some of our staff and teams. We will be producing a Trust-wide action plan to address those areas where we need to do more.
In the meantime, thanks and congratulations to all our fantastic staff for helping us to achieve our best response rates ever. We are really pleased to see you have enabled your voice to be heard. We promise to listen to you and will continue to support your wellbeing.
