The Coronavirus challenge is bigger than anything most of us will have faced in our working lives. But the bigger the challenge, the greater are the heroes and heroines who rise to it.
We are proud at Combined Healthcare of the values of compassion and teamwork that drive what we do and who we are. Katie Lear-Thompson - Ward 4 Physio
Katie has absolutely worked her socks off over the past 2 weeks assessing patients on ward 4 so that we can help the flow of patients moving from UHNM onto the community. She has essentially had a new ward of patients each week. Not once has she complained, she has worked as an incredibly important part of the discharge team and really stepped up to challenge that Covid has thrown us.
I would like to acknowledge the incredible work you have done over the past 2 weeks. You don't complain, you always have a smile on your face, you take the challenge on and greet it with professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment. You should be so proud of your role and how you have responded to this highly uncertain time. THANKYOU
