We know that everyone is united in this challenge. Frontline staff and support staff. Staff working on our wards and people working throughout our community teams. Permanent staff and bank. Service users, carers and volunteers. We are ALL in this together and we want to highlight, support and recognise everyone
Over the coming days and weeks we are publishing what we see, to build a lasting tribute and record of the extraordinary things we are doing and all we are going to do.
You can use the search engine below to look through all of the messages and tributes we have received.
You can search and filter or rank by any combination of:

Toni Jacques (Practice Education Facilitator) and Rob Sillito (IPC Nurse)
Support for student nurses and new bank workers
Throughout this challenging time both Toni and Rob have worked tirelessly to induct and support our student nurses and bank work force.
Toni has provided face to face inductions (following social distancing) on a weekly basis, ensuring that throughout this difficult time students and bank staff were given a warm welcome to the trust and reassurance over any aspects of induction or providing care that they were unsure of. Nothing has been too much trouble for Toni.
Rob, whilst doing his day job, has found time to support the inductions, offering training/guidance on PPE, trust procedures, physical health and a little humour. He has remained visible in practice areas for students and bank staff to answer and offer support over any queries or uncertainties students and staff have had.
Both Toni and Rob have been exceptional professional role models and enabled us to continue to support students in practice and new bank staff throughout the covid19 pandemic.
Thank you both, you are super stars 🙂
Thank you both, you have been brilliant and made all this possible! you are super stars 🙂
