We know that everyone is united in this challenge. Frontline staff and support staff. Staff working on our wards and people working throughout our community teams. Permanent staff and bank. Service users, carers and volunteers. We are ALL in this together and we want to highlight, support and recognise everyone

A heartfelt thanks to you for your exceptional hard work and your innate ability to always approach new and different ideas with such positivity and enthusiasm. It is an absolute delight working with you and whilst I know you never expect recognition for all that you do, I hope this tribute goes some way in acknowledging just how very much you do for us all and how very much I value and appreciate you. Older Peoples Community Mental Health Team County, Amazing Team work during this time
Great Teamwork
This team quietly go about their daily work with tireless compassion and support for older adults and their families, who are experiencing the greatest challenges, never cease to amaze and humble me. They spend time talking to patients and families about their situations offering endless support and new and innovative coping strategies to help them seek support and survive this pandemic, their patience for their patients is endless.
When I talk of our team I talk of all who are in the building at Bradwell as we work together so well I think of us as one unit, seamless and glorious.
You are all stars and shine out for older adults-Thank You

Ward Four Team
Outstanding work
Following the recent Covid-19 outbreak, Ward Four has been required to adapt again and again in order to meet the needs of our elderly population during this time of need. It has been the highlight of my career to see the staff provide such outstanding care and adjust to changing circumstances almost on a daily basis.
Well done Ward Four staff!
