The Coronavirus challenge is bigger than anything most of us will have faced in our working lives. But the bigger the challenge, the greater are the heroes and heroines who rise to it.

We are proud at Combined Healthcare of the values of compassion and teamwork that drive what we do and who we are.  We want everyone who works for us and with us to have the opportunity to show solidarity, appreciation and gratitude for each other – for the things we do, for the extra mile we go, for the compassion we show.

We know that everyone is united in this challenge.  Frontline staff and support staff.  Staff working on our wards and people working throughout our community teams.  Permanent staff and bank.  Service users, carers and volunteers.  We are ALL in this together and we want to highlight, support and recognise everyone

How to search through the messages and tributes

Over the coming days and weeks we are publishing what we see, to build a lasting tribute and record of the extraordinary things we are doing and all we are going to do.

You can use the search engine below to look through all of the messages and tributes we have received.

You can search and filter or rank by any combination of:

* any word or phrase in the tribute title;

* the tribute type;

* the name of the Combined Healthcare team nominated;

* the name of another organisation and/or external team nominated;

* the name of the nominator.

Tes Zaheer, BAME Inclusion Facilitator and Medical Secretary. An amazing individual.

Tes works across 3 teams, providing medical secretary support to two psychotherapy teams (at Harplands and Lymebroook) as well as her part-time seconded role as BAME Inclusion Facilitator to the Organisation Development and Inclusion team.

Tes has a truly beautiful personality and works so hard to support colleagues and service users across the Trust to get the best experiences. Tes has blended her work seamlessly and selflessly throughout the COVID-19 restrictions to support wellbeing and inclusion. She is compassionate, kind and considerate and a truly wonderful individual. Tes has additionally been supporting our Inclusion Council, our BAME staff network, and our programme of work to provide wellbeing boxes and improved staff wellbeing facilities for colleagues across the Trust. She has even personally made delicious pakora boxes in her own time for Trust colleagues to enjoy. She does this all with the greatest of energy and cheerfulness, despite observing the Ramadan fasting these past 4 weeks. We love following her Ramadan diary of daily Iftar (breaking the fast meal) delights, which never fails to make our team tummies rumble. Thank you for being such a great colleague, Tes.

What is your message to the person or team you are highlighting?

Thank you Tes. Your contribution is so welcome, valued and appreciated. Thank you for being such a super colleague and for being so passionate about, and instrumental in, creating a more inclusive Trust.
