What Matters To You?

‘What matters to you?’ (WMTY) is an initiative encouraging more meaningful communication between people who provide health and social care and the people they support or care for.

The purpose of encouraging WMTY conversation is to understand and act on what matters most to the person receiving care.

The motto: ‘Ask what matters, listen to what matters, do what matters’, is intended to help people think of the conversation as being tailored to the needs of the person.
