Tommy Whitelaw, Carer Campaigner, has visited the Trust on several occasions reminding us that we can make a difference when delivering care and encouraging us to make pledges as to how we do this. This encouraged the launch of Pledge Trees within the Trust and many wards and departments use these within their Teams to improve outcomes for the people we care for.
